Throat Chakra Affirmations

I listen to my inner truth

I Choose to express myself in my own unique way.

I speak up for myself when I need to. 

I have a right to speak my truth

I express all of myself

My voice is loud and clear

I express my deepest longings

I am heard

I allow others to speak their truth

I release the habit of gossip

I use my voice to bless others.

 I listen and I am present when hearing the truth

By listening, I am being heard 

I substite, love, joy and crative exprssion for old patterns of attictions and abuse

Everything I do is an Express of Love

I am at peace.
