Awareness with morning walks…

I have been going for morning walks for a while now. Feels great and refreshing. My motivation to get up and go is the coffee at the deli. Yes, I am basically in my pajama’s throw on some sunglasses and hat, when the weather allows and go.

I also include my meditation and some yoga. At first I would try hard to find a quite, hidden place. But now I explore some days. I realize if people are walking by it accomplishes two things.

1. The more who see it might get inspired to do the same. Nothing to fear or be ashamed of. Spread the awareness.

2. Back to the fear… I can be shy at time and I am very affected by my surroundings. I find this very helpful in learning to stay grounded no matter what is going on around me. Sometimes, I find places and make them my stage for some qi gong movements and feel so free and don’t care who is watching. Note, these are in the public but not a massive crowd. Maybe that will be my next step. :)

Good Morning….Make it all it can be.

Good Morning. Today is a new day, don’t let anything stand in your way! Make it all it can be.

One small positive thought in the morning can change your whole day.

John Wooden

Let us be grateful to people who make us happy, they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom.

Marcel Proust

I have been working on gratitude for awhile now and on those tough days I remind myself how grateful I am. I  have a home, sweet kitty and lot’s of hope! I really do have everything I need at this moment. :)

I am also grateful for meeting some great agents last night and even though I might not be right for all of them, they all had some positive feedback. Fingers Crossed!! Staying in the moment and keeping positive while moving forward is a challenge. Trust….your heart is leading you in the right direction.

These are the pictures that seemed to be the biggest hit.

6 Months and Still Blogging….

Today marks my 6 month anniversary of my blog. Wow, to look back and see the progress and changes that have happened since then. Kinda scary to know once on the internet it never dies, but as I post that thought stays void from my thoughts. I will continue to find my voice and share it.

This is a good time to reflect on where I might want to go with my blog but at the same time I am not always good with planning (working on it)  and just go with what I am feeling. However, I need to remember the quote,  about motivation and discipline. There have been days I did not feel motivated but discipline did take over and my good morning video’s were still posted. :)

This is also a time to be appreciative for the friends I have made while blogging and the support I get from them. It as been a rewarding experience. No, it’s not over it is just beginning even if it is fueled by a little discipline along with much motivation.

I will close with a big Thank You for being able to Blog and Meeting the People I have, through my Blog. I would love to hear your experience of blogging and for those who have been doing it longer then 6 months.. does it get better?

Oh, and a few photo’s of my kitty I took last night playing with the camera.

Hello, Can I help you?

Ok, Do your thing… I did take your seat after all.

I think that is enough now…

Love the music on this one!!! Gets me moving…

If you want happiness for a day — go fishing.
If you want happiness for a year — inherit a fortune.
If you want happiness for a lifetime — help someone else.
